Psychometric testing where the candidate’s profile is cross-matched with the defined job competencies and personality traits are identified, including in the case of Senior Executive’s identification of potential Career Derailers.

Staff Retention

Executive Coaching
ORC provides Executive Coaching to business owners, key staff and teams to ensure that they are operating at maximum effectiveness in their roles. We provide a series of one-to-one coaching sessions and team sessions whereby participants are challenged to examine what distractions they face to prevent them from performing at their best.
Our Coaches provide 360 degree feedback, including direct feedback from an employee’s subordinates, peers (colleagues), and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation. The recipient often uses this to plan and map specific paths in their development.
